You're Invited to Collaborate on a Book in Progress
I'm currently in the final editing phase of my upcoming book, The Cognitive Leader: How to Drive Strategic AI Transformation in Software Development, and I'm inviting a small group of readers to help shape its final version.

Built From Real Experience
Over the past several months, I've been working on this book based on two things:
- 150+ interviews with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and technology leaders
- Hands-on experience inside Teravision, where AI-driven software transformation is part of our day-to-day work
The book explores how software leaders can drive meaningful business value through AI — not by chasing tools, but by rethinking leadership, process, and execution across the software development lifecycle.
This is not a theoretical book. It's built from real experiments, real challenges, and real results.
Ways to Collaborate
As part of the final editing process, I'm looking for collaborators who may be interested in helping in one or more of the following ways. Participation is flexible — even if you're not technical at all, your feedback is still incredibly valuable.
Reviewing the table of contents
Help ensure the structure is logical, relevant, and compelling for modern tech leaders.
Sharing feedback on cover options
Does the visual identity reflect the ambition and seriousness of the book?
Acting as a beta reader
Read selected chapters and provide honest input on clarity, relevance, and impact.
If You Choose to Participate
- Your feedback will be seriously taken into consideration
- You'll receive a free digital copy of the book as soon as it's ready, before it's published
I would deeply value your perspective.
